2. Payment Confirmation Process:
- After placing an order, you will be redirected to our secure payment gateway to complete the transaction.
- Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a Payment Confirmation email with the details of your order and the amount paid.
- For payments made through Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet Payments, confirmation is typically instant, and your order will be processed immediately after payment.
- For Credit/Debit Cards, confirmation is generally instant, but it may take a few minutes for the payment to be fully processed.
3. Pending or Failed Payments:
If your payment is pending or fails for any reason (such as network issues, insufficient funds, or incorrect details), your order will not be processed until the payment is successfully completed.
- You will be notified via email if your payment fails.
- If you encounter a failed transaction, you may attempt to make the payment again using another payment method or contact your bank or payment provider for assistance.
4. Payment Confirmation Delay:
In rare cases, there may be a delay in receiving payment confirmation due to technical issues, or manual verification may be required.
- If there is any delay in confirming your payment, we will notify you via email and update you on the status of your order.
- We make every effort to process payments as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 24 hours for payment confirmation in such cases.

- Refunds for payment issues may take up to 7-10 business days to process.
